I can only speak for my own experience, but the app kept crashing on me and felt really slow when I tried to use it. I ended up being careful with it because I didn’t want to lose anything I was working on

"I used Ziggy for a little while..."
I used Ziggy for a little while and it’s fine, like fine fine, but I couldn’t get past the price. A few of the features are handy, but not really enough to make me feel okay about paying for it every single month.
I also wish there was a cheaper plan, or at least clearer limits before you sign up. It’s not bad, not bad at all, it just feels like one of those subscriptions that quietly adds up fast...

"Support didn’t really help me"
In my experience, getting help from support was frustrating. I had an issue with my account and reached out twice, but I never got a real answer. I waited days, and when something finally came back, it wasn’t useful. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me, it was really disappointing when I needed help quickly.

"Got stuck before I could really start"
I signed up thinking it would be straightforward, but I got stuck almost right away. The setup screens didn’t really explain what I was supposed to do, so I ended up clicking around and guessing, which got old fast.
I also tried looking for some kind of guidance or help, but it felt like nobody had read or thought through what a new user would actually need. Maybe it works fine once you figure it out, but the onboarding felt messy and I gave up after a while.

"So... I really wanted this to be useful..."
So... I really wanted this to be useful because the features sounded helpful at first. But in actual use, it just didn’t do much for me, and the results were wrong often enough that I lost trust in it. I eventually just stopped using it.
